What is Cyrotherapy?
Recovery is a key factor when it comes to achieving training goals in both amateur and professional sport. The MECOTEC cryo:one helps athletes recover from a training session, a competition or a sports injury. Athletes use it to reduce pain in muscles and joints while simultaneously relaxing, and also to regenerate specific areas. Anyone who counts on performance should also count on cryotherapy – and hence on MECOTEC.

The Cryotherapy chamber will reach a safe temperature of -115 to -130 degrees Fahrenheit.

You will stay in the chamber for between 90-150 seconds, depending on your preference.

You will remove all jewelry, watches, etc. You will also wear a mouth and nose cover along with ear protection, gloves, and dry socks.

Compression Recovery is a great way to help your body recover and helps:

Compression can be done on the hips, arms, or legs through the various attachments and sizes of equipment.

Compression recovery typically takes around 15 minutes per area needed.

Sitting in one of our recovery chairs, you will put on the attachment for the area of focus. From there, the machine can be turned on the force air into the attachment, compressing the muscles.
